Insurance Options:

Coverage varies greatly, but our services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:

  • Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Will I be required to pay a copay?
  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
  • What is my deductible?
  • Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?

Standard Fees:

Initial Assessment $175.00 

Individual Counseling 53- 60 min       $165.00 

Couples Counseling 53-60 min          $165.00 

Family Counseling 53-60 min             $165.00 

Assessments for School      $50.00 per 30 minutes spent on assessment.

Assessments for Court        $50.00 per 30 minutes spent on the assessment.

Letters for Court   $50.00 per hr

Self-pay patients   sliding scale call $105 per 50 minutes

Medical record copies for FMLA/SSI $ 50.00 and up

Accepted Payment Types:

We prefer Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover and HSA and Flex Cards.

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and/or fail to notify us, there is a $75 fee.
